摘 要:目的:探讨腕尺侧副韧带的解剖学和组织学特性。方法:对17侧成人腕关节的尺侧副韧带进行大体解剖,观察该结构的起止、走行、比邻和分部,作该韧带不同部位的组织学切片,并和尺三角韧带作相关比较。结果:尺侧副韧带起于尺骨茎突,分别止于三角骨、豌豆骨和豆三角关节囊,因而分为三部,与周边结构分界明显。镜下显示该结构的主要成分是胶原纤维。结论:腕尺侧副韧带是独立的解剖学结构,组织性质属于韧带,但不具有侧副韧带的功能。Objective: To investigate the gross anatomic and histological properties of the ulnar collateral ligament of the wrist. Methods:Seventeen ulna r collateral ligaments of adult wrist were dissected and observed of their origi n, insertion, course, neighboring relationship and components. The histological sections of the different parts of the ligament were made and studied and compar ed with those of the ulnotriquetrum ligament. Results:The ulnar collateral ligam ent of the wrist originated from the styloid process of the ulna and ended in th e triquetrum, pisiform and the pisotriquetral joint capsule respectively. Theref ore it had the associated three components. The ligament had clear boundaries wi th the neighboring structures. Under a microscope, the ligament was mostly compo sed of collagen fibers. Conclusions:The collateral ligament of the wrist is an i ndependent-existed structure. Its histological properties is resemble to those o f ligament, however, it has no function of normal collateral ligaments which lim it the collateral movement of the joint.
