摘　　要：目的:报道应用第3掌背动脉逆行岛状皮瓣掌侧移位修复拇指指端缺损的手术方法.方法:对22例拇指指端缺损病例,采用第3掌背动脉岛状皮瓣,经指蹼皮下隧道逆行移位至手掌侧远端,屈曲拇指贴紧手掌固定,皮瓣带蒂修复创面,2～3周后断蒂.结果:22例皮瓣全部成活,随访3～12个月,感觉恢复S315例、S47例,外形及功能满意.结论:第3掌背动脉逆行岛状皮瓣掌侧移位是修复拇指指端缺损的良好方法.Objective: To explore the effect of treating the defect of distal thumb by the third dorsal metacarpal artery island flap. Methods: To mov e the third metacarpal artery island flap to the distal palm side of the injured thumb via a tunnel beneath the first web space for 22 cases with distal thumb i njuries. The thumbs were then fixed to the palm. The surfaces of wounds were cov ered by island flap with peduncles which were cut off 2~3 weeks later. Results: All flaps survived in 22 cases. The appearance and function of flap were satisfa ctory during the period from 3 months to 1 year. Conclusion: It is a good metho d for repairing soft tissue defect of distal thumb by transplantation of the thi rd dorsal metacarpal artery island flap.
