140例Graves’病患者血清HA、LN、PCⅢ、IV.C含量的临床分析

摘　　要：目的 :应用血清中的HA、LN、PCⅢ、IV .C含量 ,来判断甲状腺功能亢进对肝脏功能的影响。方法 :采用放射免疫法测定 14 0例Graves’病患者和 33例健康体检者的血清HA、LN、PCⅢ、IV .C含量。Graves’病患者分为初诊未用ATD组 ( 5 9例 )和曾用ATD组 ( 81例 )。结果 :血清HA含量未用ATD组 (均数±标准差 119.4 3± 10 7.0 8μg/L)明显高于对照组 ( 78.30±5 8.4 4 μg/L) ,P <0 .0 5 ,而曾用ATD组 ( 10 8.4 9± 6 6 .94 μg/L)与对照组之间无显著性差异 ;血清LN、PCⅢ、IV .C含量在所有的病人均显著高于对照组 ,P <0 .0 0 1,未用ATD组分别为 ( 2 0 3.18± 98.5 5 )、( 2 0 9.0 6± 10 8.6 2 )、( 117.79± 6 3.39) μg/L ,曾用ATD组分别为 ( 190 .0 3± 79.37)、( 172 .36± 10 4 .4 5 )、( 119.0 2± 4 7.38) μg/L ,对照组分别为 ( 130 .88± 15 .12 )、( 74 .5 9± 2 1.87)、( 6 4 .5 6± 2 7.6 4 ) μg/l。 结论 :Graves’病患者无论是否接受过ATD治疗 ,血清LN、PCⅢ、IV .C增高 ;HA在初诊病人升高 ,而接受过ATD治疗的病人正常 ,也许与ATD的免疫调节有关。Objective:To observe the effect of hepatic function in hyperthyroidism patients with serum levels of hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin,type Ⅲ procollagen peptide and type IV collagen.Methods:We measured them in 140 patients with Graves' disease and 33 healthy subjects by radioimmunoassay.Graves' disease patients were divided into two groups,one including 59 patients with primary diagnosis and not treated with antithyroid drug(ATD),the other group including 81 patients were once treated with ATD.Results:HA concentration was significantly higher( P <0.05) in the patients without ATD therapy(mean+SD 119.43±107.08 microgram/l) than in the healthy control subjects(78.30±58.44microgram/l).But in the patients with ATD therapy serum level of HA was 108.49±66.94 microgram/l.Compared with the control,there was no significant diffrence.Serum levels of laminin,type Ⅲ procollagen peptide and type IV collagen in all patients(in the patients without ATD therapy were 203.18±98.55,209.06±108.62,117.79±63.39 microgram/l respectively,in the patients with ATD therapy were 190.03±79.37,172.36±104.45,119.02±47.38 microgram/l respectively) were significantly higher ( P <0.001) than in the control(130.88±15.12,74.59±21.87,64.56±27.64 microgram/l respectively).Conclusion:The results demonstrate that serum levels of lammin,type Ⅲ procollagen peptide and type IV collagen are elevated in hyperthyroidism state,while HA concentration in primary diagnosis patients is elevated,but in the patients treated with ATD it is normal,which may relate with the immunoregulating action of ATD.
