摘　　要：目的 :评价加替沙星注射液治疗急性淋菌性泌尿生殖道感染有效性和安全性。方法 :采用随机双盲对照试验 ,用加替沙星氯化钠注射液 (试验组 )和盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液 (对照组 ) ,治疗淋病病例共 38例。结果 :试验组与对照组临床痊愈率和有效率均为 93%和 10 0 % ;细菌清除率和阴转率均为 10 0 %。结论Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of gatifloxacin on men and weman with Neisseria gonorrhoeae of urological and reproductive system.Methods:This study was a double-blind study.A total of 38 subjects were screened and randomly devided into gatifloxacin group and levofloxacin group (control group).Rusults:Clinical effective rates and bacteriologic eradication rates for gatifloxacin and levofloxacin were both 100%.Conclusion:Gatifloxacin is safe and effective for treatment of Neisseria gonorrhoeae of urological and reproductive system.
