摘  要:提出了钼酸钠-分光光度法测定药物制剂中银杏黄酮含量的新方法。该法是基于银杏黄酮能与钼酸钠反应生成黄色钼酸酯,此物质在266nm处有最大吸收。吸光度与银杏黄酮浓度之间的关系式为:A=0.0171C+0.0014,其中C的浓度范围为4.0~50.0μg/mL,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.6%。A new method was discussed to determinate flavonoids form Ginkgo biloba in medicinal tablet by sodium molybdate spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 266 nm. It bases on which flavonoids of Ginkgo biloba could react with sodium molybdate to form yellow molybdate. The relation between the flavonoids content and absorptivity was obtained.It is A=0.017 1C+0.001 4 where C is the flavonoids content,its region is 4.0~50.0 μg/mL,A is absorptivity.The linear correlation coefficient of the equation,r=0.999 8 and recovery was 99.6%.
