摘  要:探讨红芪多糖 (HPS)对糖尿病 (DM )及其并发症的防治作用。Wistar大鼠腹腔注射STZ造成DM模型后 ,分为模型对照组 (B) ,伊那普利治疗组 (C) ,HPS高 (D)、低 (E)剂量治疗组 ,另取等量同种鼠为正常对照组 (A)。C、D、E组分别予相应药物灌胃治疗 ,A、B组予等量生理盐水 ,连续 8周。并于第 2、第 8周测定各组动物血糖及NO、NOS、SOD、MDA的水平。结果 :D、E组大鼠血糖较B组明显降低 ,NO、NOS早期升高和 8周时下降趋势不明显 ,SOD活性增强 ,MDA升高不明显 ;HPS对DM的作用与C组相当 ,并呈一定量效关系。To study the effects of Radix Hedysari Polysaccaride (RHP) in the prevention and treatment of diabetes, Wistar rats were intraabdominally injected STZ to induce diabetes and then divided into group B (model group), group C treated by Enalapril, group D treated by high-dose RHP, group E treated by low-dose RHP. And normal rats were observed as group A. Groups C, D and E were given treatment accordingly, and groups A and B were given normal saline. The blood sugar, NO, NOS, SOD and MDA in all groups were detected in the second and eighth weeks. Results: The blood sugar fell more obviously in groups D and E than in group B; NO and NOS rose in the early stage; in the eighth week, NO and NOS did not drop remarkably, the activity of SOD increased, and MDA did not rise either. RHP acts similarly as Enalapril on diabetes, with a dose-effect relation itself.
