摘  要:由于高寒条件下气温低、低温期长、昼夜温差大、空气中氧含量低,使焊接过程变得复杂、焊接质量难以得到保证,因而,这种环境下的焊接工艺成为新的研究课题。分析了位于西藏昌都境内的金河水电站压力钢管用钢板现场焊接制作的工艺技术问题,详细介绍了钢管焊接制作的工艺过程,特别是纵向及环向焊缝的坡口设计及焊接,讨论了各种类型的焊接变形及相应的控制措施。由于焊接过程中采取了有效的措施,焊接质量满足要求。In plateau and chill area, welding process becomes more complicated and welding quality is hard to be guaranteed due to low atmospheric temperature, long period of low temperature, great temperature difference between day and night, and low oxygen content in air. The welding technology in this environment has become a new research subject. This paper analyzes the technologies for manufacturing and welding steel penstock of Jinshuihe hydropower station in Changdu area of Tibet Autonomous Region, and presents in detail the design and welding of longitudinal and annular seam grooves and also discusses various kinds of welding deformations and their corresponding technical measures for deformation control. Since effective measures were taken in the welding process, the welding quality of the steel pipes satisfied design requirements.
