摘  要:制备了掺Er3+ 和Er3+ /Yb3+ 共掺的可用于EDWA(掺铒波导放大器 )的Na2 O B2 O3 SiO2 玻璃 吸收光谱特性表明 :不同掺杂Er2 O3浓度基础玻璃峰位置基本相同 ,但玻璃在相同波长处的吸收率随着Er2 O3浓度的增加而增大 ;光敏剂Yb2 O3的加入明显增大了样品在 978nm处的吸收面积 ;荧光光谱特性表明 :随着Er2 O3浓度的增加玻璃在 15 36nm处的荧光半高宽 (FWHM )由 80nm减小到 4 0nm ,从而确定本体系的Er2 O3掺杂浓度为 0 .Silicate glasses doped Er 3+ and codoped Er 3+/Yb 3+ were fabricated, which were applied to EDWA (Erbium-doped Optical Glass Waveguide Amplifiers) Absorption spectra properties show that peak position of glass doped with different Er 2O 3 concentration are basically same,however,T% of the same wavelength is different :A% is increasing with the increasing of Er 2O 3 concentration ;a larger absorption cross section is observed because of adding Yb 2O 3 as sensitizer Analysis of fluorescence spectra shows that full width at half maximum(FWHM)was reduced from 80 nm to 40 nm with the increasing of doped Er 2O 3 concentration Therefore,the better doped concentration of Er 2O 3 was about 0.2 mol%
