摘　　要：在水利水电工程建设中 ,土石坝及面板堆石坝坝身溢洪道技术的应用和发展 ,在确保工程安全的前提下 ,起到了节约工程投资及推进水电科学进步的作用。The technology of building spillway on the downstream surface of an embankment dam or CFRD has been more and more widely applied in water conservancy and hydroelectric construction.It has a remarkable economic benefit and promotes hydroelectric scientific and technical progress.This paper points out that importance must be attached to some technical problems related to application of the technology.
