摘 要:水电站建筑物传统的抗冲耐磨混凝土存在早期强度低的弱点 ,容易在早龄期产生由寒潮或干缩等引起的裂缝。通过对硅粉混凝土、HF高强耐磨粉煤灰混凝土和铁钢沙混凝土进行强度、抗渗、抗冻等性能的比较 ,以期找到一种适合山区多泥沙河流的抗冲耐磨材料。试验表明 ,铁钢沙混凝土在抗冲耐磨能力、早龄期强度。Traditional scour resistant & wear-proof concrete used in hydroelectric works has a weak point of low strength at its early age and the concrete can easily crack due to cold wave or drying shrinkge at the earlyage.In this paper performances such as strength,impermeability & frost resistance of silica fume concrete,HF high strength wear resistant fly ash & steel shot concrete are compared to find out a scour resistant & wear-proof material suitable to be used at hydraulic works on a mountainous river with high sediment discharge.The study indicates that steel shot concrete has very high scour resistance and wearing capacity,and early age strength as well as excellent durability.
