经尿道气化加电切术治疗高危前列腺增生症40例分析

摘　　要：目的 :提高经尿道电气化术和电切术治疗高危前列腺增生症 (BPH)的安全性和有效性。方法 :对 4 0例 70～ 92岁高危BPH患者采用经尿道前列腺电气化加电切术治疗。结果 :平均手术时间 6 0min ,无尿失禁和死亡病例 ,2例输血。术后随访 1～ 12个月 ,国际前列腺症状评分 (IPSS) 8分 ,最大尿流率 15mL·s- 1。结论 :应用气化切割和电切修切 ,可以快速去除增生前列腺组织 ,安全有效 ,并发症少 ,值得推广。Objective:To improve the safety and effect of TVP and TURP in the treatment of BPH patient at high risk.Methods:40 Cases of BPH patient at high risk with the age of 70～92 years old were treated by TVP and TURP and the clinical data were analyzed. Results:Mean operative time was 60 min.There was no urinary incontinence and death in this group.Two cascs needed transfusion.IPSS decreased to 8 score and Qmax increased to 15mL·s -1 at 1 to 12 months following transurethral surgery.Conclusion:Conbined TVP and TURP can remove hyperplastic prostatic tissue quickly and safely and with less complication.
