摘　　要：本文通过对国际金融业混业经营的整体趋势的分析,从合到分,由分到合的过程体现了金融业在全球经济一体化,导致的国际竞争日益激烈的市场中职能的转变。结合指出国外的实践和经验,分析我国现行的金融体制,阐述了我国金融经营体制转变的必然性,并提出几点建议。Through the analysis of the whole trend of international mixed MOS(Man ag ement operating system):from unity to seperation,from seperation to unity,this a rticle shows us the global economic intergration and change of the function of m arket in international competitions.Combined with foreign practice and experienc e,it also analyses the current financial system of our country,expatiate the ine vitability of its change and brings out some suggestions.
