摘  要:目的 研究增智气血方对大脑认知功能障碍的改善作用 ,为治疗老年性痴呆提供依据。方法 建立东莨菪碱造成的小鼠学习、记忆障碍模型 ,分为药物大、小剂量组 ,脑复康组及模型组 ,连续灌胃给药 10天后 ,以上各组均一次性腹腔注射东莨菪碱 2mg/kg ,另外加一空白对照组 ,进行小鼠的跳台测试和大脑海马病理切片观察。结果 增智气血方可减少小鼠跳台回避反应的错误次数 ,缩短反应时间 ,较模型组有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;该方大剂量组海马锥体细胞的肿胀程度较模型组轻。结论 增智气血方能够提高小鼠的学习、记忆功能。Objective To evaluate the pharmacological effects of Promoting-Intelligence Prescription on central cognitive dysfunction in mice to provide experimental evidence for the treatment of Alzheimer disease (AD) with herbal thereapy.Methods Fifty mice were divided into 5 groups: one normal blank, one AD model control and three therapy test groups. Continual intragastric gavage was carried out in them for 10 days with normal saline in the control and with small/big-dose herbal drug or piracetam in the test groups. After that, a shot of scopolamine (2 mg/kg i.p.) was given to the mice (except for those in the blank group) to form a learning-memory dysfunction model to proceed with the step-down passive avoidance test, and finally to undergo the hippocampal neurohistological study after decapitation.Results The Prescription obviously diminished the number of wrong responses and the time for making response time in the scopolamine-model mice when taking the step-down test. The hippocampus pyramidal cells in the big-dose group showed less degree of edema than those in the model group.Conclusion The Prescription can improve the function of learning-memory in scopolamine-model mice.
