摘　　要：目的 :探讨AnnexinI、EGFR及c -erbB - 2在外阴营养不良和外阴鳞癌发病中的意义。方法 :采用免疫组化SABC法 ,检测了 10 0例外阴营养不良和 34例外阴鳞癌标本中AnnexinI、EGFR、c -erbB - 2的表达情况。结果 :不典型增生组织中三种蛋白的阳性率明显高于正常皮肤 (P <0 .0 1)和其它各型营养不良 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与鳞癌组相比无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。在鳞癌组织中 ,AnnexinI和c -erbB - 2在I级 (P <0 .0 1)、II级鳞癌 (P <0 .0 5 )的表达明显高于III级鳞癌 ,而EGFR的表达则相反。结论 :三种蛋白的过度表达可能与外阴鳞癌的发生有一定关系 ,AnnexinI和c -erbB - 2可能在恶变早期起作用 ,对外阴鳞癌的早期诊断有一定意义。Objective: To investigate the significance of AnnexinI, EGFR and c-erbB-2 in vulvar dystrophy and squamous cell carcinoma(SCC) of vulva. Methods: [WT5BZ]The expression of AnnexinI, EGFR, c-erbB-2 was investigated by SABC technique of immunohistochemistry in 100 cases of various vulvar dystrophy and 34 cases of SCC of vulva. Results: [WT5BZ]The expression of the three proteins in atypical hyperplasia tissues were increased significantly than those in normal tissue (P<0.01) and other various dystrophy(P<0.05) except that of SCC group (P>0.05). In SCC of vulva , there were an overexpression of AnnexinI,c-erbB-2 and a lower expression of EGFR in stageI (P<0.01), stageII(P<0.05) than those in stageIII. Conclusion: The overexpression of the three proteins may be related to the oncogenesis of SCC of vulva, AnnexinI and c-erbB-2 may play an important role in the early malignant transformation process and have some significance in early diagnosis of SCC of vulva.
