α_1—酸性糖蛋白在类风湿关节炎患者中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的　研究α1—酸性糖蛋白在类风湿关节炎患者中的临床意义。　方法　应用速率散射比浊法测定 72例类风湿关节炎患者 (其中活动期 43例 ,非活动期 2 9例 )血清α1—酸性糖蛋白。　结果　 72例类风湿关节炎患者α1—酸性糖蛋白的含量为 ( 12 47.4± 3 86.5 )mg/L ,43例活动期类风湿关节炎患者为 ( 15 82 .7± 5 16.6)mg/L ,2 9例非活动期类风湿关节炎患者为 ( 83 1.4± 3 0 6.5 )mg/L ,3 0例正常对照组AAG的水平为 ( 4 3 6.5± 2 78.3 )mg/L ,类风湿关节炎患者血清α1—酸性糖蛋白的水平高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。活动期类风湿关节炎血清α1—酸性糖蛋白高于非活动性类风湿关节炎(P <0 .0 1)。　结论　α1—酸性糖蛋白检测对类风湿关节炎的活动期评价有一定的临床价值。Objective To study the clinical signficance of α 1-acid glycoprotein (AAG) on rheumatoid arthritis. Method 72 cases (43 cases at active stage, 29 cases at inactive stage) were investigated with rheumatoid arthritis.Their levels of AAG were measured with rate nephelomatry. Results The levels of AAG were (1 247.4±386.5)mg/L in 72 cases of rheumatoid arthritis, (1 582.7±516.6) mg/L in 43 cases at active stage, and (831.4±306.5)mg/L in 29 cases at inactive stage.The levels of AAG in normal were (436.5±278.3)mg/L.The AAG of rheumatoid arthritis were significantly higher than that of normal(P<0.01). The levels of AAG at active stage were significantly higher than that of at inactive stage(P<0.01). Conclusion AAG is a useful item for assessing RA at active stage.
