摘　　要：目的　提高预防接种计算机化管理工作水平 ,并为预防接种管理软件升级提供依据。　方法　调查预防接种计算机化管理工作现状 ,分析为适应免疫规划工作发展而需要加以解决的问题并探讨解决方案。　结果　 2 9个镇 (区 )医院中已有 2 5个实现预防接种计算机化管理。　结论　说明在基层开展预防接种计算机化管理是可行的 ,为适应免疫接种工作发展 ,要着重处理好网络化管理、多模式运转、多形式发布接种通知、报表统计方案等技术问题。Objective To raise the level of immunization computer management and provide data for computer software upgrading. Methods The situation of immunization computer management was investigated and analyzed. Results 25 out of 29 township hospitals adopted immunization computer managemaent. Conclusion The immunization computer management was available in bottom level hospitals. To pay more attention to establish computer network management was beneficial for improving EPI work.
