摘 要:90Sr/90Y前列腺增生治疗器辐射场特性的实验测定,可以为医疗实践和治疗机理研究提供必需的剂量学参数和辐射场变化的物理图像。在水?有机玻璃人体模型中,用LiF热释光探测器作Sr/90Y弧面源直肠型前90列腺增生治疗器的剂量分布测定,得到336个不同位置处的吸收剂量值。以磁偏转法和有机玻璃过滤技术为基础,在空气中作直肠型治疗器的轫致辐射剂量份额研究,结果表明,轫致辐射剂量份额DR与探测器位置有关;;在Sr/90Y的β粒子在机体组织中最大射程处,轫致辐射剂量份额最大不超过0.15%。以有机玻璃为组织90等效材料,用BaF2探测器作核辐射的计数测量,得到了前列腺增生治疗器产生的核辐射在组织中变化的大概物理图象,并且与相应的剂量学数据的变化趋势完全符合。The experimental determination of characters of radiation field for the prostatic hyperplasia applicator can provide indispensable dosimetric parameters and physical pictures of radiation field’s change for medical practice and the research on therapy mechanism. The dose distribution of the “rectum-type” 90Sr/90Y prostatic hyperplasia applicator with arc shaped source had been determined and the absorbed doses in 336 positions had also been obtained with the lithium fluoride (LiF) thermoluminescent dosimeters (TLD’s) chips in a water-organic glass phantom. Based on the magnetic deflection and organic glass filtrating technique, the research on share of bremsstrahlung radiation dose, DR, i.e. the ratio of bremsstrahlung radiation dose to total absorbed dose, was performed in air-organic glass medium and the results show that the ratio is dependent on the distance between applicator and detector, and at the position of the maximum range of β-particles for 90Sr/90Y, DR value does not exceed 0.15%. Using organic glass as tissue-equivalent material and BaF2 as detector for determining counts of nuclear radiation, rough physical picture of the change of the nuclear radiation from the applicator in tissue was obtained and it fully accorded with the change trend of the corresponding data in dosimetry.
