摘　　要：由于无法监控转基因的定位、表达定量、持续时间;;因而基因治疗计划的进程受到了限制。随着受体显像的发展与分子生物学技术的进步;;产生了报告基因/报告探针技术;;为监测基因治疗效果提供了良好途径。本文主要综述了受体基因作为报告基因与治疗基因共同转基因并通过放射性核素显像监测表达的方法。Gene therapy protocols are hampered by the inability to monitor the location, magnitude, duration of transferred gene expression. With the progress of receptor imaging technology and molecule-biology, a new technic— reporter gene/imaging probe technic comes up, which becomes a good approach to monitor the gene transfer therapeutic efficacy. In the paper we review several strategies to monitor the gene therapeutic efficacy by certain receptor gene as reporter gene transferred together with therapeutic gene through radionuclide imaging.
