超全厚植皮修复感染创面的临床应用(附15例报告)

摘　　要：本文报导了用超全厚植皮治疗感染过的创面15例19处,18处获得一次性愈合;分析了感染创面及超全厚皮片的病理特点,还就有关手术技术操作进行了讨论.Overfull—thickness graft has been widely used to treat the skin defect of wounds except infected wound. The infectious factor and poor circulation are usually considered as barriers to the surviving of graft,especially to the overfull-thickness graft. Based on debridement, we have tried to use the overfull-thickness graft to repair the skin defect of the infected wounds in 15 cases since 1989,and succeeded in 94. 7% of them. The result shows that the overfull-thickness graft is suitable to the infected wound. The pathological characteristics of infected wound and the graft are analyzed. Several technical problems about the operation are also discussed.
