摘　　要：护理文化是社会文化在护理领域的表现形式,是社会文化的一部分,但它有着自己特定的内容和功能。时代的发展需要先进的护理,先进的护理呼唤先进的护理文化,因此,明确护理文化的内容,并加强护理文化建设,以营造良好的人文底蕴,就成了护理管理的重要任务。The nursing culture is a social culture manifestation in nursing scie nce, a part of social culture, but it has its own particular content and functio n. We need advanced nursing while times changing and advanced nursing needs adva nced culture, so the clear understanding of nursing culture and enhancing the de velopment of nursing culture to built nice humanism environment become the most important task of nursing management.
