三级甲等综合医院实施社区护理模式的研究

摘　　要：通过对广东省人民医院7年来社区护理开展状况的论述,阐明我院发挥三级甲等综合医院的优势,以科研为契机,以教学为专长,以社区护理中心为龙头,全院各专科护士以志愿者身份,与专职社区护士相结合,进入社区病人家庭进行社区护理干预,发展具有我院特色的社区护理模式。Based on the condition of community nursing of the last 7 years, this article described how the hospital exerted its advantages. Basing on research an d education, making the community nursing center as group leader, nurses from di fferent department as volunteers, combing with full time community nurses to do community nursing service in patients’ home, developed our special community nu rsing mode.
