摘 要:由于木工胶粘剂用量不断增长,因此大量研究工作重点放在开发新的木工胶粘剂。考虑到现用胶粘剂的原料均来自天然气及石油化工产品,而这些原料不断提价并且资源逐渐减少趋向枯竭,所以利用其他原料制备木工胶粘剂是非常必要的。我国具有丰富的再生资源,如能利用这些资源制备胶粘剂,以取代现用的石油化工产品原料,这不但可缓解原料供应紧张问题,且能降低胶粘剂的成本,如能利用废料,则尚可达到减少污染的目的。本文总结了近年来国内外利用再生资源作胶粘剂的研究工作进展的情况,着重介绍使用原料易得的工业木素、单宁及碳水化合物等制备木工胶粘剂的状况。并建议应建立试验车间或工厂生产这些胶粘剂。As the amount of adhesives used in wood products industry will increase significantly in future , research has been intensively focused on the development of new wood adhesives. All raw materials of synthetic adhesives currently used in wood products industry are from natural gas and petrochemicals. In view of the sharp increase in prices of petrochemicals and eventual depletion of nonrenewable materials, there is a pressing need to seek for alternative raw materials for wood adhesives . The renewable resources in our country are abundant, and some of them could be used as raw materials for adhesives. When this is realized, it will not only partially fill the gap in supply of petrochemical raw materials, but also reduce the cost of adhesives. Tn some cases, pollution can be decreased, if spent liquor is used. In this paper, research works carried out in China and abroad in this field in recent years are reviewed. The use of technical lignin, tannins and carbohydrates, which can be provided easily, is emphasized. And also establishment of a pilot plant for manufacturing these adhesives to accelerate their application in wood products industry is suggested.
