摘　　要：介绍了张家界机务段 2 0年来机车轮缘磨耗概况 ,提出在段级中修的条件下 ,从机车转向架的技术状态、轮箍套装、轮箍线型和轮对加工及设备、轮缘与钢轨间的摩擦机理及系数 4个方面 ,分析了轮缘磨耗的原因 ,并结合现埸实际进行综合整治 ,取得了较好效果。This essay presents the locomotive wheel-set wear of the last two decades at Zhangjiajie Locomotive Depot.Analysis of the cause of wheel flange wear is made under conditions of depot medium repair in four respects,namely the technical condition of locomotive bogie,processing of wheel tire ensemble,wheel tire form and wheel-set,mechanism of friction between wheel flange and rail and parameters.Relatively good results are achieved through comprehensive remedy based on the site condition.
