摘　　要：文章通过对整个投标决策过程的分析 ,提出前期决策与后期决策程序 ,并以此为基础构建了投标决策支持系统 (BDSS)的数据库系统、模型库系统、方法库系统与人机交互系统 ,旨在建立一个决策支持系统 ,为投标人提供决策支持。Bid decision is very important to the contractor. This paper makes a study of bid decision and puts forward the programs of bid decision. Based on them, this paper establishes database system, the model library system and user computer interaction system. The aim of this paper is to provide decision support for contractor during the bidding.
