摘　　要：中国市场经济的发展和加入国际贸易组织,给运输代理业提供了广阔的发展空间。目前我国铁路运输代理业虽然存在一些不足,但仍有许多发展优势,应积极抓住机遇,适应市场变化,更新经营理念,提早战略谋划,加速资源整合,规范市场运作,尽快形成强有力的核心竞争力。With the development of China Market Economy and the accession to WTO, the transport agent industry is facing a bright development future. Though there exist some weaknesses in this industry, there are still many advantages of development. Hence we shall seize opportunity, adapt to market changes, update management concepts, establish long term strategy, speed up the integration of resources and standardize market operation in order to obtain very strong core competence.
