摘　　要：首先介绍既有新港桥改造的概况、项目前期策划组织及设计原则 ,然后论述既有桥改造采取的措施 ,最后分析了在改造中既有桥下部结构对桥梁工程造价的影响。This article first gives an introduction to the general situation of the innovation, prophase planning, organization and design criteria of the Xingang Bridge, which is then followed by the description of the measures to be taken for the existing bridge innovation before analyzing the impact of the bridge substructure on the engineering cost of the bridge.
