摘　　要：近10年来,我国学者对邓小平行政管理思想的发展及渊源、行政管理体制改革的思想、行政管理思想的内涵、特征、作用和现实意义、领导艺术和方法等做了大量的研究。邓小平的行政管理思想是中国特色社会主义理论的一个重要组成部分,对指导我国行政管理体制改革起了重大指导作用,对构建我国行政管理学科也具有重要意义。The development and origin of Deng Xiaoping's administrative management thoughts have for these ten years been studied widely and intensively as to the system, significance,character,function,value,art of leadership and approach. Deng Xiaoping's administrative management thought is an important part of the Chinese-aracterized socialist theory. It plays an important role in guiding the reformation of administrative management system and constructing administrative management discipline.
