摘　　要：在侦查活动中,侦查线索是侦查人员获得证据材料的关键因素之一,特别是在案件侦查活动陷入困境时,侦查主体就需要寻找、发现新的侦查线索——犯罪再生线索来拓宽侦查视野,从而突破暂时的困境,为最终发现和查获犯罪嫌疑人打下良好的基础。In investigation, clue is one of the key elements that the investigators gain the evidence, especially when the cases investigation activity falls into trouble, the investigation main body need find and discover the new investigation clue--the crime regeneration clue--, to widen the investigation view so as to break through the temporary embarrassment and make a good foundation for finally discovering and ferreting out the suspects.
