摘　　要：本文论述在网络环境下图书馆参考咨询工作的特点,在具体分析出新的特点后,进而提出参考咨询部门的变革内容。This paper discusses the characteristics of the library reference consultation work under the network environment, and based on it gives the reforms content of referencing consultation work.
