摘　　要：运用地理信息系统 (GIS)技术和方法 ,以 1∶2 .5× 10 5数字地图为基础 ,根据长江流域范围内的河流湖库水域使用功能、经济发展以及污染物总量控制的要求 ,划定了水域分类管理功能区 ,建立基于GIS的长江流域水环境功能区划 。According to the function, the economy and total pollutants control of the Yangtze river valley, water function areas were divided by GIS(geographic information systems) technology based on a digital map with 1∶2.5×10~5. The water environment function areas of the Yangtze river valley based on GIS were established, and a based flatform was built, on which digitally management for Yangtze river valley can develop.
