摘　　要：面对 农 业中 专学 校 图书 馆目 前 存在 的思 想 观念 落后 、经 费困 难 、人员 素 质较 差的现 状 ，指出 农 业中 专学 校 图书 馆要 走 出困 境，产生 效 益，必 须转 变 观念 、发 挥优 势 、面向社 会 、开放 办 馆、有偿 服务 ，走 自我 积 累，自我 发展 的道 路 。Facing the presentsituation ofthe agro -technicalschoolthatthe ideologicalconceptis backward,the fund is deficient,and the personnelquality is poorer,and points outthat the agro -technicalschool's library,which wants to extricate from the predicam ent and produce the benefit,m ust transform the concept,give full play to its superiorities, operate the library for the society,provide the paid services,and take the road of self-accum ulation and self-devel- opm ent.
