摘  要:研究了以醋酸和正丁醇为原料,用自制的杂多酸催化合成了有用的有机化工原料醋酸正丁酯。经过探索性试验和工艺条件优化试验确定了合成醋酸丁酯的较佳工艺条件:醇酸摩尔比为1.1∶1,磷钨杂多酸催化剂用量为1g/mol正丁醇,环己烷为带水剂,反应时间为90min,在此所选择的条件下,合成醋酸正丁酯的收率达88.5%~89%。N-Butyl acetate, a useful organic chemicals, has been synthesized by using n-buthanol and acetic acid as starting materials in the presence of heteropolyacid (HPA) catalyst. The optimizing test of the operation conditions was also established. The optimum reaction conditions, under which the yield of n-butyl acetate is about 88.5%~89%, are as follws: molar ratio: alcohol: acid =1.1∶1, weight of HPA catalyst: 1g/1 mole n-butanol, reaction time: 90 min, cyclohexane as water-taken agent.
