居住区公园使用状况评价(POE)应用案例研究

摘　　要：作者应用使用状况评价的基本方法对杭州居住区公园的典型案例——东园居住区公园进行调查研究,通过对该公园使用者的构成、使用行为特征和使用人群的空间分布等几个方面的调研纪录与分析,对该公园做出评价;并在此基础上探讨居住区公园规划设计中使用人群与居住区公园特色、活动行为与居住区公园的功能以及使用规律与居住区公园的使用效率等三个方面的问题。The author investigates and analyses the constitution, the characteristics of users' behavior and the space distribution of users in DongYuan park of residential district in Hangzhou by adopting the method of post occupancy evaluation. Then, on the basis of the investigation, the following three questions have been discussed and explored: the relationship between users and the distinctive features of parks of residential districts; the relationship between users' behaviors and the function of parks of residential districts; the relationship between using regulation and the efficiency of parks of residential districts.
