息痛颗粒与戊巴比妥钠协同作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察息痛颗粒的协同镇静作用。方法 :用延长阈剂量戊巴比妥钠的睡眠时间法及与阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠协同作用法 ,测定息痛与戊巴比妥钠的协同作用。结果 :大、中、小剂量的息痛颗粒剂与戊巴比妥钠均有协同作用。结论 :息痛颗粒有明显的协同镇静作用。Objective:To observe the coordination sedation effect of Xitong granule with phenobarbital sodium. Methods:Effects of Xitong granule on the coordination sedation effect were studied in normal mice by using sleep-promoting test in combination with pentobarbital sodium of threshold dose and subthreshold dose respectively. Results:It can ohviously promot sleep in combination with pentobarbital sodium by the two methods. Conclusion:It has the coordination effects of sedation with phenobarbital sodium. Xitong granule is effective in inducing sedation and hypnosis with pentobarbital sodium.
