鸭瘟病毒的某些分子生物学特性

摘　　要：鸭瘟是一种由鸭疱疹病毒Ⅰ型——鸭瘟病毒(Duck Plague Virus,DPV)引起的鸭急性传染病。1923年在荷兰首次报道,我国于1957年由黄引贤首次报道。从此,人们对该病的病原做了大量的研究,但鸭瘟在国内外仍有流行,新的鸭瘟病毒株不断被分离。据报道即使是血清学上完全一致的毒株,在生物学特性上也有许多差异。The structural proteins of DPV ( Duck plague Virus)-F6l strain and DPV-63-Ⅱ strain which were lenogenic and heterogeneous were exa-mined by SDS-PAGE as indicated that these two strains of DPV consis-ted of at least 19 polypeptides of which the molecular weights ranged from 14,000 to 323,000 daltons and the relative amounts were of difference. Moreover, their SDS-PAGE patterns were similar but not identical, which was that a band ( MW83 000 ) presented in 63-2Ⅱ strain but absent in F61 strain. Further studies by restriction endonuclease analysis sho-wed some differences in genome between these two heterogeneous DPV strains. DNA lengths of homogeneous DPV of velogenic F33 strain and F61 strain which were mesaered using electron microscopy were 37.7μm ( 78.2×106D ) and 44nm ( 91.08×106D ) respectively,
