儿童消化性溃疡穿孔的临床处理探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童消化性溃疡穿孔的外科治疗。方法回顾性分析11例胃、十二指肠溃疡穿孔患儿病例资料。结果11例患儿均行单纯穿孔修补术,愈后良好。结论单纯穿孔修补术具有操作简单、效果好、并发症少、不影响生长发育的优点,在治疗儿童的胃、十二指肠溃疡穿孔时为首选术式。Objective To study the pathologic surgical treatment of gastric perforation in children. Methods Clinical data of 11 children suffering gastric or duodenal perforation were reviewed. Results All patients have been undergone repairing operation,and favorable recoverery and well prognosis. Conclusions Reparation operation is a simple operation which have better efficacy,less complications and no influence on development,so we believe that reparation operation should be the first choice in treating children gastric or duodenal ulcer perforation.
