摘　　要：植物防卫反应基因的表达调控是植物防卫反应中的重要环节 ,而转录因子在转录调控中起着重要的作用。本综述论述了 ERF转录因子的结构特征及其功能特性 ,并结合我们的研究进展重点讨论了它们在植物防卫反应中的调控作用。Transcriptional regulation of defense gene expression is a crucial part of the plant defense responses. Transcription factors play important roles in the transcriptional regulation of gene expression. Here, we review the structure features and functional characterization of the ERF transcription factors, and based on our current research, discuss the regulatory roles of transcription factors in plant defense responses.
