摘  要:研究了肉桂酸与正丁醇在固体酸催化作用下合成肉桂酸正丁酯的实验条件,找到了一种工艺简单、反应时间短、酯化率高的合成方法。实验结果表明:4种固体酸催化剂对反应的催化活性大小依次为HPW(磷钨酸:H3PO4·12WO3·xH2O)>SnCl4·5H2O>NH4Fe(SO4)2·12H2O>SO42-/ZrO2;HPW催化合成肉桂酸正丁酯的最佳反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比5∶1,HPW用量3%(以醇质量为基准),反应温度120~130℃,反应时间4h;转化率达98.5%以上,产率85%~87%,产品纯度>99.0%。The process for synthesis of n-butyl cinnamate (n-BC) using solid acid catalysts is studied, and the order of catalytic activities for catalysts in the reaction of cinnamic acid with n-butanol is shown as follows: HPW( tungstophosphoric acid)>SnCl_4·5H_2 O>NH_4 Fe (SO_4)2·12H_2O>SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2. In the presence of HPW, the proper technology parameters for the process are achieved: the molar ratio of n-butanol to cinnamic acid is 5∶1, the amount of HPW is about 3% upon the mass of n-butanol charged in the reaction, the temperature is controlled between 120~130℃ and the reaction time is about 4 h, then the conversion of n-butyl cinnamate is above 98.5%, the yield is 85%~87%, and the purity of resulting product is over 99.0%.
