摘  要:通过光学金相、X射线衍射及透射电镜观察,发现ZG25Mn18Cr4钢形变强化后的组织由奥氏体基体和叠加层错组成。形变量对这些层错的数量及形态有很大影响,其中一些层错形变后会由于相互叠加而使表现层错的条纹特征不明显,其形貌很类似于ε马氏体组织。讨论了这种常被误认为ε马氏体的层错组织的形貌特征及形成机理。With the optical microscope, X-ray diffraction and transmission electronic microscope, it was found that the microstructure of work hardened ZG25Mn18Cr4 alloy were austenite matrix and superposed lamination fault sheet rather than ε martensite. Percentage of deformation has a great effect on the amount and appearance of these lamination fault sheets, some of which do not have obvious stripe character of lamination fault sheet because of their superposition, their appearance is very similar to ε martensite. The paper discusses structure characters and formation mechanism of this kind of lamination fault sheet in the alloy which is often falsely regarded as ε martensite.
