摘　　要：行政复议制度的立法确认,标志着我国对行政权实施的事后法律救济制度的进一步发展和完善。本文在分析现行《行政复议法》实施过程中存在的学理和实务问题的基础上,对完善我国行政复议制度的基本思路和具体途径作了初步的探讨。The legislative confirmation on the system of administrative reconsideration is the symbol of the perfection and development about the administrative legal relief. By analyzing the theoretical and practical problems which current law of administrative reconsideration has being enforced in our country, the paper tries to explore some new ways and methods to promote the perfection of the system.
