摘 要:目的观察电化学发光免疫检测血清TSH,T3,T4之间相关性。方法将515例临床标本分为治疗组和未治疗组进行TSH,T3,T4检测,并对此3项指标间相关性进行统计学分析。结果TSH/T3,TSH/T4,T3/T4之间的相关系数未治疗组分别为0.464,0.575,0.945,治疗组为0.229,0.262,0.868。结论此两组中TSH虽然与T3,T4间具有直线相关关系,但相关系数小,无医学意义;T3与T4间具有直线相关关系,且相关系数较大,具有一定的医学意义。Objective:To observe the correlation among the ECLI detection of TSH,T3and T4.Meth-ods:Divided the515clinical blood samples into un-treated group and treated group and employed ECLI to detect the TSH,T3and T4,then statistically analyzed the correlation among them.Results:The correlation coefficients of TSH/T3,TSH/T4and T3/T4in un-treated group were0.464,0.575and0.945while in treated group were0.229,0.262and0.868,respectively.Conclusions:In these two groups,though TSH has linear correlation with T3and T4,correlation coefficients are low,so they have no medical significance;T3has lin-ear correlation with T4and the correlation coefficient is high,so it has medical significance.
