摘  要:利用简单的水质参数(如COD、TOC、电导率、紫外吸光度等)考察了新闻纸机湿部系统DCS(溶解物和胶体物)的实际状况,对各个参数之间的内在联系做了分析。从实验数据的分析来看,新闻纸水系统中的DCS物质主要来源于磨石磨木浆(GWP)和木片热磨机械浆(TMP),而在亚硫酸盐化学浆中含量较少,溶气气浮工艺(DAF)对DCS的去除作用不大。在整个纸机水系统范围内,电导率分别与TOC和COD具有良好的相关性,且COD与TOC具有良好的线性相关性。从紫外吸光度来看,白水中含有较多的木素类溶出物,且UV吸光度值与COD、TOC以及电导率均具有一定的相关性。这为深入研究含机木浆系统的湿部化学特性打下了初步的基础。The flows of the DCS in newsprint machine wet-end were investigated by using boundary parameters such as conductivity, COD, TOC, and UV absorbance. Investigation results showed that the load of DCS mainly originated from GWP and TMP, whereas the SP con- tributed little to it. DAF could remove most of the suspension solid, but did almost nothing to the removal of the DCS. It was found that con- ductivity had a certain correlation with COD and TOC, while COD and TOC correlated well in linearity (y=172.6048+0.2602x; R=0.9631, SD= 89.0317). UV spectrum indicated that there was much lignin and extracts in newsprint whitewater. The linear dependencies between the UV absorbance and COD, TOC, and conductivity were established. It was showed that UV absorbance had different degrees of linear depen- dencies with them in different wavelength (230, 280nm). It was established a well expressed linear correlation between UV absorbance and COD in 280 nm (y=0. 1306+5.854×10^(-4)x; R=0.9319, SD=0.2129). The data presented in this article also indicated that UV spectroscopy could be used for predicting the performance of the newsprint machine wet-end online.
