摘　　要：该文介绍了一个实际工程建筑物从施工到初期运营过程的变形监控实例。通过所得到的结果验证了在场地的工程勘察报告中建议的地基基础方案 ,是优化的、合理的、可靠的 ,保证了施工的安全性。The paper introduces an example of deformation monitoring from construction to initial operation process of a practical engineering building.Through obtained results proved that the scheme of ground foundation suggested in the report of engineering prospecting of site is optimized reasonable and reliable. As a result, the safety of construction is ensured.
