摘　　要：介绍了在Windows系统下设计和实现托忒蒙古文读音输入法的基本原理 ,给出了托忒蒙古文读音输入法的编码规则 .With the development of electronic technology and computer science,the processing information has permeated through every profession and field.For the processing information system of the different nationalities,the input method of each written language is very important.This article simply introduces the necessity of the design and implementation of the Todo Mongolian pronouncing input method,the principle of the design the Todo Mongolian pronouncing input method,as well as the coding rule of the Todo Mongolian pronouncing input method.
