宫环止血片对离体大鼠子宫平滑肌收缩活动的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨宫环止血片治疗铜宫内节育器(Cu-IUD)所致子宫异常出血的作用机理。方法 以黄体酮和缩宫素作对照,用LMS二道生理记录仪和JH-2肌张力传感器观察大鼠子宫平滑肌的收缩活动。结果 宫环止血片对大鼠子宫平滑肌有不同程度的增强作用,但对由缩宫素引起的子宫平滑肌强烈收缩有明显的对抗作用。结论 宫环止血片对子宫平滑肌的收缩力起到双向性的调节作用,从而改善子宫平滑肌的病理状态,达到止血的目的。Objective To explore the mechanism of Gonghuanzhixue Tablets for treating endometrorrhagia caused by copper intrauterine device (Cu-IUD). Methods In constrast withpregnendione and oxytocin, we investigated contraction activity of rats uterine smooth muscle by LMS two-path physiological recorder and JH-2 muscular tension transmitte. Results Gonghuanzhixue Tablets could enhance the activity of rats uterine smooth muscle, but have apparent counteraction to the fierce contraction activity of uterine smooth muscle caused by oxytocin. Conclusion Gonghuanzhixue Tablets can bidirectional regulate the contractility of uterine smooth muscle and ameliorate the pathologic status of uterine smooth muscle so as to hemostatic.
