猪苓汤及泽泻对肾结石大鼠草酸钙结晶形成的影响

摘　　要：目的 检测猪苓汤及泽泻对肾结石大鼠草酸钙结晶形成的影响。方法 采用乙醛酸溶液制作大鼠肾结石模型,应用原子吸收分光光度计测定尿钙、镁,高锰酸钾褪色法测定尿液草酸。结果 诱石剂可使大鼠尿钙及草酸明显增加(P<0.05),尿镁明显降低(P<0.05)。而在给予诱石剂的同时注射猪苓汤,则尿钙增加得到抑制(P<0.05)。结论 猪苓汤及泽泻可抑制肾结石大鼠草酸钙结晶的形成,为临床预防和治疗肾结石提供依据。Objective To measure the effect of Zhulingtang and Zexie for formation of the calcium oxalate crystal in rats with kidney stones. Method Made the model of rat with kidney stone in glyoxylic acid liquor. Measure calcium and magnesium in urine with AAS. Measure oxalate in urine with potassium permanganate test. Results Inducer could increase calcium in urine and oxalate in urine (P<0.05), and reduce magnesium in urine (P<0.05). In the Zhulingtang injection with inducer group, increase of calcium in urine was that inhibited (P<0.05). Conclusion Zhulingtang and Zexie can inhibit formation of the calcium oxalate crystal, that provide the proof for treating and preventing kidney stone.
