摘 要:目的 考察不同促渗剂对丹参酮ⅡA经皮渗透速率的影响。方法 以3H标记丹参酮ⅡA为指标,比较不同促渗剂对丹参酮ⅡA在单体溶液中的透过速率。结果 2 h有1%Azone、1%Azone+10%PG、2%Azone+10%PG 3组发挥促渗作用,8 h有6组促渗剂发挥作用。结论 不同组合促渗剂对丹参酮ⅡA的促渗作用不同,1%Azone与10%PG合用可作为丹参酮ⅡA透皮吸收促进剂。Objective To observe the enhancement of absorption rate of Tanshinone ⅡA permeating through the skin using different accelerators. Methods Azone and PG as the accelerators were used to study the Tanshinone ⅡA percutaneous absorption rate in solution containing Tanshinone ⅡA by 3H marked Tanshinone ⅡA. Result 1% Azone, 1% Azone + 10% PG, 2% Azone + 10% PG could significantly enhance the percutaneous absorption rate after 2 hours, after 8 hours there were 6 kinds of accelerators work. Conclusion Different enhancer play a different role in enhancing the absorption rate of Tanshinone ⅡA. 1% Azone and 10% PG can be used as accelerator for transdermal Tanshinone ⅡA delivery system.
