摘　　要：本文基于国外的文献综述 ,提出了一个解释企业从创新中获利的框架 ,该框架不仅对于管理技术变化的企业管理者 。It is well know that technological innovation plays important role to enterprises' survival and growth.However,some firms benefit from its innovation,but others fail.What factors determining firms' capability to benefit from innovation,is a central issue of this paper.This paper based on the literature review on foreign studise,presents a framework of how to profit from innovation,which is not only of value to practicing managers to manage technical changes,but also of interest to S&T policy makers.
