摘　　要：本文以创新主体的利益相关性为基点 ,分析了企业技术创新各动力要素的作用 ,决定企业技术创新动力的利益因素 。Based on benefit correlativity of innovation entity,this article analyzes the function of the driving factors for enterprise technology innovation;benefit factors that determine the drive for enterprise technology innovation.Therefore,the basic framework of benefit motivation system for enterprise technology innovation has been proposed.
