西拉普利与吲达帕胺或氢氯噻嗪合用的降压疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究和评价西拉普利与小剂量吲达帕胺或氢氯噻嗪合用降压疗效及对代谢的影响。方法选择45例轻、中度原发性高血压患者,随机分成3组,每组各15例。西拉普利组:单用西拉普利2.5-5mg,1／d;西拉普利与吲达帕胺合用组:西拉普利2.5mg,1／d,加吲达帕胺2.5mg,1／d;西拉普利与氢氯噻嗪合用组:西拉普利2.5mg,1／d,加氢氯噻嗪12.5mg,2／d,3组疗程均为8周。观察3组治疗前后的随测血压(CBP)和生化指标。结果西拉普利与利尿剂合用后的两组总有效率及降压程度均明显优于西拉普利单用组,且治疗前后各项生化指标无明显改变。结论西拉普利与吲达帕胺或氢氯噻嗪联合应用治疗高血压较单用西拉普利更有效,而且对代谢无影响,具有良好效果。Objective To study the efficacy of cilazapril in combination with indapamide or hydrochlorothiazide in treatment of hypertension and their effects on metabolism. Methods 45 patients were randomly divided into three groups:cilazapril alone (2. 5-5mg qd,n=15) ,cilazapril (2. 5mg qd) plus indapamide (2. 5mg qd) group (n=15) ,cilazapril (2. 5mg qd) plus hydrochlorothiazide (12. 5 mg bid) group (n=15). Three groups were treated for 8 weeks respectively. Casual blood pressure,biochemical parameters such as liver function,blood potassium,and blood uric acid were evaluated before and after treatment. Results Both cilazapril plus indapamide group and cilazapril plus hydrochlorothiazide group showed better effects than cilazapril alone group in reducing blood pressure. No biochemical parameter changes were observed in three groups after treatment. Conclusions Cilazapril in combination with indapamide or hydrochlorothiazide are more effective than cilazapril alone in the treatment of the patients with mild to moderate hypertension. No adverse effects on metabolism in treated patients were found,and had better effects.
